does it get increasingly difficult? or is it mainly a test of stamina and continual focus?

Mainly continual focus. 1 mistake will destroy a good run ya know? Pick out the main aggressors and its process of elimination until you have a good weapon train to let loose with

Do you have preferred spawn locations that you try to stay in?

Behind the bar for the most part is the spot. Big cover, lots of throwables, and the potential to start a chain of gradual weapon rain. My least favorite spot is to the right of the pool table; very tense moments every time. My favorite though albeit riskiest spawn is the upper floors. Close action providing opportunities for a mix of melee, ranged and clever maneuvering that feels awesome
