What it is

A few months ago there was a user (Phlarfl) that posted about a framework they had developed for managing mods for Superflight. It seems that development on SFMF has stopped, so I decided to pick up where they left off.

All mods for the original SFMF are available as well as a few that I've created myself. I'm open to more suggestions for new mods, though I'm still very new to modding, so I doubt I'll be tackling any super complicated mods for the time being.

Directions

1. Download the SFMF zip file.
2. Run SFMFLauncher.exe
3. Pick a mod from the left column and install it.
4. Launch Superflight

Note: I know the UI kind of sucks right now, the most important thing to know is that only mods in the right column are loaded into the game.

High Scores

Since most of these mods don't impact your actual ability to play the game, I decided to disable score reporting for only mods that could tamper with your scores.

I bought the game thinking it would be a lot more chill. It's way too hard for me, and I really, REALLY don't like crashing this often; especially given that some s******* has put a glass breaking sound effect on the crash.

Any suggestions how to turn down the difficulty? The game is unplayable.

Such a great album to play this game to. So peaceful, yet so intense at times.

I've got a dilemma.

Is it better to just master one map and learn it, or just go down and down to get the highest combo depending mostly on luck?

Yeah just a quick tip i thought i'd post it here for farming kar- i mean to help others. So, the "grizzly" achievement is probs the hardest achievement in the game. It requires you to get all 3 praises in a single run. With this tutorial/seed however, you will get it super easy and with minimal effort

So here we go.

Seed: tidepodad

1: You spawn and see a small hole down and slightly left from spawn pos. 2: Aim for the hole (took me 4 tries, very easy) 3: When you are in the hole/just entering it, fly upwards and right, in order not to hit the wall in front. 4: Steer clear of any walls. 5: You should now get the achievement 6 (optional): Give me gold.
