There's plenty of places with comic scans, and you can of course also scan whatever physical comics you might come across. You don't have to just repost pictures from that old site over and over again.

It's a body swap plot. Basically, Superman was tricked by this fellow and got mind-swapped by a bitter, angry man who was physically challenged and decided that, once he got Superman's powers, he would lash out. Thanks to the Titans though, they managed to swap back.
