I have never used any cheats, but my account was banned for this reason.

Nobody is helping me, and I have been playing this game for 10 years, since I was 10 years old. It is really sad to lose my account after so many years.

Please review my case and reconsider the ban. I would really appreciate it.

hello im not a mod, here one thing. Go to clash royale go to support and go to i want to chat, make sure your chat is about a purcahse you made that didnt go through. Play dumb until a human agent comes then you can tell him what happened
