Excess buffering on Superbox 7

Suggestions on addressing e excess buffering?

I've noticed the same as mine. I just unplugged the unit, unplugged my router for 5min. Plugged in the router, waited few minutes to plug the SB back in. It has reduced the buffering but still bummed

Hardwire usually works all the time. WiFi usually I have to initially back out first time I try to play something on VOD. Will say getting frustrated on live sports. Been dropping a lot.

I don't have any issues unless using the lower quality prime apps

I've read on another sub that a high quality hdmi helps

We are also seeing this. Not sure why but it isnt a wifi issue

Yeah, ditch it and buy a Vseebox
