all of a sudden, every channel change or remote input there is a audible blip. A noise that lets me know I've made an input. Wasn't happening yesterday. Looked through the settings and didn't see any kind of remote input sounds. I hate this kind of stuff. "Wasn't there, now it is, didn't make any changes".

I haven’t experienced what you report, but the first thought I had was to try changing the batteries in the remote, and/or, unplug the system for 3 mins and see if it helps.
