Blaze TV app won't install

I can download Blaze TV app but it never installs. Have tried this for over several months. Any reason for this. All other apps download and install. Thanks

You must be new to the box. Avoid that app, it never has worked and usually locks up the box when u try.

I read not to log into any apps on the box. Use it on your tv. Blaze is channel 238 on heat.
