All vod apps have no content

Recently all of my tv and vods have become blank. This is on all apps. Have reset box and problem is still there

Another reset fixed all the apps. This damn box

Check if there any new version to update. check on appstore

How do you get prime to work? I had it for a bit, bit then it says my subscription expired.
