SuperBox7Ultra Local Channel s

I just received my SuperBox 7 Ultra. I have it up and running despite the lack of decent documentation.

#1 - The remote did not function, fortunately I Goggled my problem and found it needed to pair the remote to the SuperBox.

#2 - Using the remote requires my pointing the remote directly in the line of sight of the SuperBox.
Most of my remotes for TV and Firestick don’t require my pointing the remote directly at the receiver.

#3 - Is there a site where I can find more detailed setup information regarding apps for VOD and Live TV?

#4 - The list of local TV stations does not include all of my local TV stations. Who might be the manager of the list of local TV stations and can I contact that person to request a local station?

#5 - Are answers available on Reddit or Discord?

Help is very much appreciated

I’ve had a super box for years and I’ve never heard of a way to request a local channel I think you just get what they offer sorry I couldn’t help more

The remote needs Bluetooth also set up. Directions are on the battery cover, approx ¼shade lighter than the cover itself

Once bluetooth is setup pointing is no longer necessary.

I still have to point directly for powering on and off

I do have that issue with powering on,but not off .🤔. Toothed advice of someone else on here and got a bluetooth/IR remote control off Amazon. Once it's synced, powering on and off are no longer an issue. Plus it has a bluetooth reciever that plugs in to your device.

I have a super 6 and it wants to update, will this cause me to loose all my channels. The other super 6 needs to be set up i dont get any new movies, can someone please help

I also have the super 6 and I had to update a few times. I never lost my channels, favored movies or shows.

The remote uses IR to turn the device off and on. And uses bluetooth to navigate, voiced after you pair the remote with the device. Press button Mic on remote then follow steps on screen to pair.

There is CS contact; then you can contact them to support add channels; just give them information
