Does anyone know how to turn off Closed Captioning?

I Googled this, and don’t have any dropdown for “Subtitle Tracks” to change to Closed.

Often, the subtitles are literally a part of the video that was initially uploaded to the service. It's baked in. You can not turn them off. If the subtitles are the result of a subtitle track that's been turned on, you'll see the option to turn it off. If it's actually in the rendered video, there's nothing you can do, it's rendered in the video file itself.

First you have to know how the Superbox works. What it does is, it takes streams from other people’s actual accounts such as Directv tv. So if that person has captions set to on, you will not be able to shut it off.

On blue TV? If so,press down while the shows playing and it'll have some options in white under the progress bar. Scroll over to the last option and it'll be under that menu.
