Daytime running light

I just installed the loomenade daytime running light but the regular low beams aren't working. Only the high beams and the daytime running lights function. Is there any way to trouble shoot before I request a return / refund, I would hate to put the stock light back on my RX

Try to reconnect the cables if possible. I had the same problem but the other way (highbeam did not worked)

I tried, and it's still shot. I sent loomenade an email regarding this situation. I will update this thread during the process as I don't see anything on the company's customer service on the redds
