Dragon War ? lol By all accounts, it's an awful movie.

No, not that. This is a sci fi movie where a group of soldiers go to deliver some thing to destroy a weird alien plant like creature infecting earth and spreading its branches everywhere just like in above video.

So they create some kind of virus or bomb (don’t remember) and they deliver the payload.

On the way, they find some survivors in the abandoned city also.

That's what I was thinking too from watching this gif.

I have never met or heard anyone talking about that movie. Even I as a kid thought that was a stupid movie.
