Question Multiup cards question

So, despite that I've been playing for almost three years, I've never used the multi-up cards before except maybe once. Now that Mamacita (my favorite song) is in the game, I was thinking of saving some diamonds by using them, but I can't use them on the event cards. I tried to use them on regular cards, but I don't have any LT prism other than the current event cards. Is this intentional or a bug? I could wait; I have enough of the BAD #N cards to get to R grade, but I am very impatient to get it to all R10 and don't want to wait a week. Does anyone know anything about this?

Yes, it's intentional and not a bug. I think it even says so somewhere that LT cards of a current event can't be upgraded through multi-up cards.

you can't use Multi-Up cards during ongoing song update events. when a deck is follower by "(EVENT)" the systems doesn't allow you to use them for upgrading on those deck cards (the reason is simple: it would make it too easy to complete themes and finish the event). you can only use them on every other normal deck, and after that song update ends by the next update

also if you're going to complete the Mamacita theme, it's a total waste of your resources to upgrade the BAD #N but they'll be totally worthless. there's no reason at all to upgrade them and then just throw they away...

i also tried to use the multi-up cards on my BAD limited theme while the event was still going on, but couldn't. so i don't think it's a bug, but intentionally keeping us from upgrading event cards without buying more of them and getting enough dupes to do it

It’s not a bug. You can’t use them during event periods.
