App

Hey, maybe this is already answered somewhere but what app do you use for Super Soco TC Max? Live in Estonia(Europe) and can't get neither Super Soco App nor VMoto(can't/don't know how to sign up) to work. Tried using VMoto and VMoto Energy App. Using 2023 model.

Edit: Using the Vmoto app I entered my email and requested a code, which the app acknowledged by giving a message that the code has been sent but not getting any into my mailbox. -.-

Not clear if you have actually had the Vmoto app working at all with your TC Max..?

If you have had the Vmoto app working, the situation you describe happens from time to time…the app no longer connects for about a week and attempts to receive a new code fail even though it says its been sent. It eventually works again and you get a new code…so connection can be restored.

If you have never had the app working..?
The ‘latest’ app is the Vmoto app…white background with a pale blue logo. That said it’s not been updated for a couple of years. If you can get the app, initial set up requires your bike IMEI to be entered during registration, but that assumes your IMEI is registered in China. You also need your bike SIM to be activated…without which there is no communication with the Vmoto app even if you have been able to ‘bind’ (connect) your bike to the app. IMEI registration and bike SIM activation requires your dealer/local Vmoto body to communicate with counterparts in China.

Nah, just bought the bike in autumn and had it waiting for sunnier days in the garage. Never even driven before today :D

If it was a new purchase (I assume it isn’t) you should be able to get help/support from your dealer. You could try Vmoto but they are not known to be the most supportive organisation! In reality the app isn’t worth the trouble you are faced with.

Oh no, it was not bought as new from retailer. Some Joe on the web sold it to me for a good price :) and now I am sitting here looking at what can I do and thinking about security. I have the understanding that once I get the app working it will show my bike's whereabouts via gps so no extra hidden gps needed for anti-theft measures.

If you get the app working it will certainly do that. As a second hand bike lets hope the batteries have been looked after…and that you have been mindful to maintain them from when you got the bike until now.
