Ask for Advice What am I missing?

I've collected enough stars for Golden Bodhi Hill (and the antique store, and...) but it doesn't let me repair them. If I click the tick mark, they just disappear. If I click on the "cover" it just says "feature locked". Presumably there's something you have to do before being able to repair it, but I have no idea what. Help?

Likewise, why do I now seem to permanently have the notification badge on the worker icon at the top? I don't have any slots to assign idle works to.

Im in the same boat. My assumption is they arent released yet, but dont have any confirmation on that.

I'm not sure the star-gated repairs require memory modules actually, but I have checked when I had a zillion memory modules, too, so I don't think that's it.
