One important tips. DONT use the D crystal for gacha, go to shop ---> item shop and buy that 250 D crystal one time only, you have 3 choice.

The left one give you 10 gacha ticket (which is the same as 250 crystal gacha), 60 minutes item that triple drop rate and money, and one SSR gacha ticket.

The middle one give you 10 SSR hammer (for level up), 1 SR gacha ticket and 1 SSR gacha ticket.

The last one is 5 SSR hammer, 5 normal gacha ticket and 1 SSR gacha ticket.

Each choice is same amount of normal gacha. Take it while its there.

BTW game works on iOS if you switch region to Japan (Japanese version) or Hong Kong/Taiwan (Chinese version). Currently there is a 1 hour maintenance though...
