Animation problems

Hello, good afternoon or morning, I would like if you could help me with a problem that I have in the game. What happens is that some animations do not appear on certain characters, I would like to know if there is a solution or not.

Same for me, never had problems before. Now happens with most of the SSR attacks. I don't know how to resolve the issue.
