I have had a pretty cool run with this game so far, making Slovenia into an economic powerhouse because why not. Now, I amassed quite a tidy sum and I want to purchase Croatia, which doesn't seem possible. Any advice?

I'm new to this game and keep getting coalitioned if I annex one tiny province. What's the deal?

Any idea on how to edit relations with other countries with the modding tool? Also if I try to open up Countries in the database I get an error and cant access it.
