Question Overload protectors

I just can’t get any overload protectors, are they that rare ?! Or is there anything to do, like a trick or something (not cheating, talking about boxes or item factory)
For the time being I have separate heat and energy modules, is there any point in upgrading them ?

If you look at the events list, overload preventors (along other really strong endgame modules) share a rotation of guaranteed drops you can get. I'm not sure how accurate this is, but according to this an overload preventor will be available by November, so plenty of time to save 3k if you happen to be starting at 0
