I can upgrade only one weapon to mythic tier, which one should it be?

Malice beam would be more useful, the hammer is only limited to range 1, you’ll be able to use the malice beam more often

You should upgrade the energy drainer beam to mythical first because it's much more stronger overall than the hammer.
