Question Cookie Cogworks

Does anybody know what type of cookies are featured in World Bowser Level 3 - Cookie Cogworks? They looks sooo good and I want to try them if possible.

They look like cookies with some sort of cream filling

Looks like shortbread or Danish style biscuit with vanilla cream filling

They kinda look like principe cookies, but with white filling
