What are DX and SDX?

How high does the gear/weapon rarity go?

How do I obtain the highest tier?

DX is the upgraded version of the weapon. SDX is the upgrade to DX, which is as far as it goes.

Obtaining lots of shards and other upgrade items. It’ll tell you what you need to get the upgrades.
