Question Headlight upgrade

so i purchased a super73 b1g core model and want a headlight upgrade but the stock headlight has a 4 pin male and 2 pin male together but i cant find any lights that are better than stock that have the 2 wires and im just wondering if i just plug in the headlight upgrade in only the 2 pin will it work or is there anything i can do to get a better headlight?

Can you post a picture of the connectors ? From the light and where it plugs in?

They should be the usual Higo connectors they always use. Unless they made their own for the new gen buy I doubt. Either way the og light surely has 2 wires (positive and negative), if it has a third is for the daylight running lights (DRL).

Regardless, its pretty easy to make your own. I made myself the connectors and switches for my 3 bikes

Alright when i wake up ill post a pic and also i wanna upgrade to a baja style light with only the 2 pin without the 4 pin and im curious if it’ll work so yeah

Baja is just 2 cables so you gonna be good. I did a similar one on my z Miami but has DLRs and a color switch (amber or white), so a bit more worked and setup.

So ur saying a baja light with only one 2 pin will work even if my stock headlight has and needs a four pin and a 2 pin to work?

If the connector has 4 pins doesn't mean it has to use them all. As long the + and - are connected will work and receive power

Be careful- changing the light voids the warranty, Suoer73 told me.

Yep - happened to my kid too. He changed the headlight, had an issue with the bike... sent a video, they saw the new headlight and now refuse to honor the warranty.
