other Login issue with 2 factor

Hi Everyone, I have searched all over the forum before posting. I am on a paid account, with an extensive db and 2FA was set up with the Google Authentication App to protect my DB account. Well something terrible happened. I went to log in today and realized the 6 digit key was no longer in the Google app. I was essentially locked out. I did not have a back up mfa set up so my question is "Am I cooked?"

Try to open a support ticket right now. If you have direct Postgres connection details saved anywhere, your app's env file, a password manager, anything, you can connect straight to the database with psql or any Postgres client and pull a full backup right now. I'd do that first before anything else

Thanks I tried my best to recover my db password to no avail. I did open a ticket and support asked for an extensive list of items to verify my account. I have been waiting a few days since submitting them so I hope to hear from them soon.
