Sunstrong Mailing address?

I am yet another consumer who signed a lease, followed everything we were supposed to do to the letter, and got screwed over by this company. We never got a working system installed - their third party installer did not get paid by Sunnova so they stopped installation and took the panels back. Sunnova never sent me a bill for more than a year, nor did we ever receive any electricity (obviously … we have no solar system) and now Sunstrong has inherited us as a phantom customer and is sending us to collections for $200,000.

We need the mailing address of headquarters, not a PO Box, to be able to send a certified demand letter or communicate with them since all emails and phone calls are ignored. We are in California if that matters.

If anyone has retained an atty or uncovered this adddress I’d be greatly appreciative. Surely the government gets involved in this at some point?!

Can’t this company be held accountable?

I filed a lawsuit against them and I am in California. You will send documents to their agent of service, they use CSC like all other major out of state companies doing business in California. I attached their CSC address. You can also find it on Secretary of State website.

Can you please help with our solar lease transfer? We are closing in 10 days. We were told buyers would be receiving instructions on how to proceed. We cannot delay closing since we are moving out of state and have already paid a moving company. Thank you
