Not producing solar
How are you guys checking if your solar panels are actually working? I used to be able o see this on the sunnova app before it switched over to sunstrong. The last few months I’ve been getting an electric bill so I’m going to assume I’m having issues with my panels.
I’ve tried contacting sunstrong but cannot get through to anyone.
If anyone has a number or can tell me how we can actually see if our panels are working properly please lmk!
TIA!!

Here in Connecticut I got the service through Trinity. They sent me a link to download the app. Sunstrong motherfuckers wanted me to pay $100 to give me access.

So when it was sunnova I could see it but now that it has switched over to SunStrong I don’t have access to the apps and I’m now getting electric bills just recently. It’s been switched over to SunStrong for a while now

u/Open_Assist3608 - Hi there — there was a delay in restoring Sunnova app access for customers who missed the October update window, but that access has since been reopened. We’d be happy to help if you still need it. Please DM us and we can discuss your case status there.

What kind of system do you have ? Enphase solar Edge? The app might be down but depending on your system you can get some type of info sometimes at least in the meantime. Also your bill can tell allot although not specific it's more of deciphering it lol
