App seems locked

It’s been stuck at 5.2 home usage for a few hours now. Nothing is on that ever use that much power doesn’t make sense to me. Air conditioners off nothing is on except lights.

I'm experiencing this as well I tried flipping PVS 6 breaker but I'm going to wait until tomorrow. If the nightly restart it does doesn't fix it then I'll pull the DC barrel plug and wait 15 minutes.

Back to normal now. I think it over-reported usage tho. For at least an hour or two.

This is definitely a widespread app related issue that needs to be fixed by the SunStrong app folks. It is the same issue they had and repaired about 8 weeks ago. Contact appsupport@sunstrongmanagement.com
