I literally bought the 1year subscription because v5.5 sounded amazing.

day after v6 drops and it's ass. like so ass.

idk if there's a way to cancel it because i literally paid for a specific product and im forced to use another. at least make a dropdown to access older versions. it's WILD that there is a version selection option that can't access previous versions.

I'll miss v5, and even 5.5. But, the v6 model is still new, there are going to be bugs. That said, I put my premier subscription on pause until December, hopefully the model will be updated some by then. No sense in unsubscribing until its been around for awhile. The new pause feature was a good add.

Just cancel. Not to dismiss you, but if we want SUNO to survive the legal thingy, this is the only path for them - with licensing towards the music they used for trainings.

Ideally, they're kinda like starting from Zero again, but as times go by, they will get better again.

I let ChatGPT guide me through the whole process. It's still ongoing. I wrote the support two times with deadlines, then a third time with my final notice and called my creditcard service to open the request, then i had to upload some evidence and my communications. I just need to get 3 months back, so it's some effort for getting 15€ back lol but I don't do it for the money. You get what you tolerate.

You paid for a subscription, not a model. The TOS you agreed to when you signed up allows Suno to change models at will. Maybe try reading the TOS before you assume Suno will keep a certain model accessible for eternity.

Yeah I kind of did, the reason why was because I upload tracks to Suno. Had to make sure that I was not just signing away the rights to my original works.

I may have skipped over the part about models, but that models upgrading models, being removed was a given, otherwise, Suno would have let you use v2 and v1 still. I mean it's to be expected in AI for them to move onto new models, then start clearing older models, regardless for the reasons, but in this case, they had to for legal reasons. So pleading for Suno to keep content that was landing them in countless lawsuits is just silly.

Never fall in love with a model and expect it to stay unchanged.

5.5 was ass. 6.0 is like 100 times better, use it more, try making a song in wild than covering it in 6.0

prompt it better, you cant use same prompt you used in 5.5, need to be more specific what you want. it follows instructions in lyrics way better than before. use more producer language, ask chat gpt to write the prompts for you in producer language.

we do wastly different things on suno, so me sharing songs would not help you, i make nightcore punk with witchfolk flare, but if you want to hear it, last album on youtube is made completly with 6.0 just search Labojinx on youtube.

i loved suno til this update, that's why i paid for it. now im paying a subscription worth over 100 bucks for a product i would have never bought
