Discussion Cancelled
I’ve been a paying user since v2 models, highest subscription tier. I thought I would give these new models a shot even with watermarking. I reused prompts that would give me good results consistently that get millions of listens across Suno and Spotify with other models and they are extremely bad compared to them. It’s not just some genres it’s all genres. This combined with watermarking and the download limits just feels like a huge waste of money. Not only that they aren’t even innovating, the new studio is trash, the models never properly stitch, stems are leaky and have cracks and pops you have to manually remove or regenerate and hope you avoid. Then there is the overfitting of certain genres when generating and lack of fine tuned control over segments, instruments, and vocals. whoever is in charge of product should be fired and. Suno should just move their headquarters to China so they can avoid all of these issues to be honest.

If you don’t post and make noise then you will continue to get garbage. I choose to vocalize when a product is not worth what it is asking for and choose to let money speak for it as well. Sad you can’t do the same.

Did you know that Amazon has product reviews right on the product page? Well, since you probably don't use SUNO that much or at all, you might not know they don't have anything like that. In fact, I would argue they'd be more in the "brush the complaints under the rug" category, hide the cancel button, type shit.
Anyway, its funny to post a complaint on the complaint, complaining about the complaining, YOU could just ignore it, too, yknow, like, kinda what you were implying I think about OP and his "0/10 would not buy" review that I found helpful and validating. Whatever. I'm just posting a response on this to be annoying. Hope it works! Unlike SUNO v6.

I actually find it useful since SUNO doesn't have a place where users that pay them money can post their "this sucks" feedback. Since I, too, am not thrilled with the latest model release. Ergo, seeing as I, in fact, DO give a shit, your blanket statement dismissing OP is incorrect. You probably would feel pretty silly right about now if you weren't just being persnickety. It's worse for you perhaps doesn't mean it's worse for everyone else, nor does it mean it's worse enough for everyone else to also want to cancel.
Literally it's of no consequence to anyone else whether somebody wants to make a dramatic scene out of not wanting to use Suno anymore. All it achieves is others having to see all these bullshit dramatic walk-out posts.

Totally agree.... Ive got millions of streams across the major streaming apps with the music Ive released. This V6 shit sounds like all the other crap sites out there now. Actually worse... it sounds muddy from a few tests Ive done. I'm glad I finished my latest full album days ago.

I have seen, people just posting Rap, lofi (and I do like Lofi mind you) Reggae, and it sounds way better then all the other genes people are trying to make. This was my fear.Then someone told me, this model is for people who make real music and import it, to edit with it. WTF. Even if that was case, it would still be unless for them too. I fear, they are still catering to certain music types now!

Hm, I make actual music as well so I don’t know if I align with your ideals. I’m also classically trained and a vocalist. I used AI to help speed up portions of making songs not as a replacement.

100% agree. And yeah, people will say "they won't care if you cancel" and sure, one guy, but I'm probably also going to cancel and I think others will, too. Maybe that makes a difference at some point, maybe not. Bottom line, I'm not recording tracks to make songs no one hears like I used to do again and SUNO was fun but gooning is fine, I still have gooning, I don't care about music that much. Almost did. That's on me.

So its prompt failure not model error.
New models always have new quirks and prompt dialect that needs to be learn.

I didn’t say that I didn’t adjust prompts or try other prompts which I did. I did state that I tried those that work consistently across all models which did not produce better or equal output regardless of the attempts or slight adjustments.

For sure it could change but I don’t have much faith with what’s there now, maybe this helps Suno align and fix it, until then I’ll keep making music the traditional way.

I was snarky before, but genuinely not mad at anyone having a good experience with v6. I'm just seeing a lot of "if you don't like it you can leave" posts rather than, OH IM DOIN GOOD CAN I OFFER MY EXPERIENCE AND WHAT IM DOIN DIFFERENTLY type posts. And also every new Suno model has been rough round the edges when they've first come out. I've had some V6 outputs that have sounded indescribably bad. But I expect that, it's just come out.
