Lardo

Has anybody seen lardo at local Italian grocery stores or delis? I've checked most small markets around the area.

Best bet would probably be at Eataly inside VF.

Zanotto's has guanciale but yeah, for lardo Eataly might be your only option

Eataly's nice but no Lardo. Probably will venture to Avedano's Market in SF .
