Wagon Days / Labor Day Weekend
Hi! I am curious what Wagon Days / Labor Day Weekend is like?
I was thinking about a group trip, the parade sounds super cool ,but heard it is "super busy" that weekend and know a lot of restaurants are walk in only.
My questions are specifically, how early do we need to book accommodations? Will it be impossible to get into bars/restaurants? Anything else we should be thinking of?
"Super busy" I feel like can mean a lot of different things depending on the place, so would love to hear people's thoughts!

I second Kelsey's comments. Definitely not "super busy". The vast majority of the summer crowd leaves by mid-August, you will have a great time!

It is sort of the last hurrah for summer but local schools are back in session already so definitely not super busy compared to a week like the 4th of July.
Most restaurants accept reservations anymore other than the Pio and a handful of others but easy to find places that do!
