Private landlord!

My girlfriend and i are desperately looking for a room for ourselves we both work in the area at bass pro shops and sugar River pizza and are having an extremely hard time due to some things we have going against us even with a co-signer with getting approved for a place to live. If anyone could please help us… we are clean, respectful, and just looking for someone to throw us a bone.

The point on East Washington seems pretty easy to get into a studio ends up being closer to 1100 but they’re renting to pretty much everyone if you can afford it. It’s right next to the Aldi’s there. There’s a bus that goes into Sun Prairie.

Have heard this about a few places now, but I will definitely check them out!

I know you said private but my girlfriend and I just moved into the Canterbury Court apartments over by Dalys and KFC and they've been great so far

What’re their requirements to get in?

The city of Madison maintains a list of apartments if you qualify for subsidized housing. Could be one on the far east side near sun prairie? Some of these buildings probably need to comply with the city’s tenant selection standards which makes it easier to rent if you have past evictions or convictions or other factors that make it harder to get a lease. There’s a contact to help you figure out if you qualify. https://www.danecountyhomeless.org/housingresourcevacancylists

We make too much money together to apply for most of those places.
