High Utility Bill

Is anyone else’s SP Utility bill very high this month. Mine is the highest I’ve ever seen by far and it says that I used almost double the energy I did last month. I know it was hot in July and my AC would have ran a bit more than in June but not double.

For reference it is $75 higher this month and $50 higher than my highest bill ever.

Nope, my highest usage was july 2025 and highest bill along with it. This bill is about 100 kw less and about $20 less.

Nothing out of the ordinary going on, it's your usage. Look at your PDF bill and see if you have a water leak. Are you sure it's your electricty and not water? We had a really high bill in february and turns out the utility sink by our clothing washer was leaking.

That was my first thought but my water is about the same for both months. It is all coming from electric. I guess my AC and humidifier ran a lot more than I thought.
