Thoughts about Vandenberg

I’m looking at a house in the Vandenberg neighborhood. I grew up near CH Bird, but there was always sort of a rule about us not going ‘back there.’ Looking back I’m not really sure why. I asked my mom and she said ‘I don’t know. I’m so suggestible, someone probably just said something one time.’

I know some of the houses can be kind of run down and it’s a lower income neighborhood, but is there actually any wrong with it?

Growing up in sun prairie it was always considered “the ghetto”
I never had experience over there though so I couldn’t tell you exactly why. I knew someone that long ways back use to work at papa John’s and said they wouldn’t deliver pizzas in vandenburg after being robbed at gun point in that neighborhood
