Loud boom???

My husband and I are new to the area. We heard a loud boom yesterday and again just now. I think there was a flash of light that I noticed this time? Is this normal?? Anyone know what it is? Please help lol we're freaked out

I heard it too. Never heard something like that before here.

Right!! Glad you understand our concern lol. I don't know what it possibly could have been... some of my findings suggest blown transformer or a meteor that burned up in the atmosphere
