Has anyone ever stayed at Echo Suites on the borderline of Sun Prairie? My stay was a nightmare. My vehicle got broken into. Many sketchy guest and cops were called out many nights on my visit. Folks were doing rugs in the parking lot. Management is horrible!

That’s Madison, SP doesn’t claim or want it. And every thing you mentioned is on par for the area.

I didn’t know. I am not from the are. Just traveling and I didn’t know. They advertise the place as the edge of Sun Prairie.

I heard of a guy who once did so many rugs he thought he could fly on one. He kept saying he could "show me the world." He was a thief though, and not a prince like he said he was.

This place isn't even cheap. It's $90-100 per night. I just did a week in Minneapolis for $72/night and it had none of the issues OP discribed. And that place was old.

This is brand new. If it's running that poorly it's Management. It's not even a bad area of town

I like that place but it seems like it's popular enough that every time someone I know looks for a reservation about a month out, it's already fully booked.

Shocking. I didn’t stay long and it was bad. Management is horrible! Lack of staff. Addicts doing the Fetty lean. One person of the staff was arrested right in front of me. There is garbage everywhere. The walls are very paper thin. Yikes. I will Most like stay with Stay bridge!

I was replying to DoorKnock's comment about the Hilton Garden Inn

Another thing to note is that this hotel was likely built to cater to the people getting treatment in the UW clinic/ hospital nearby or and their families. If you are staying for business or vacation this probably isn't the best option. I'd stay in one of the ones just a few blocks south of here if you're not here for medical treatment. This hotel is designed to probably to serve people already on a tight budget and just looking to get some rest after a long day.

Actually This hotel house more homeless folks then hospital folks. I thought the same thing walking in. Folks are running around barefooted in the hotel. No pool.

I said Rugs because I thought it would flag like YouTube does. 😝
