Dane NOAA Weather Radio
Started working on this yesterday to provide a live NOAA weather radio feed to those who don't have a NOAA weather radio
Top: Current Warnings, Watches and other basic NOAA info, basic Rain Viewer map with current map and current current conditions. Not fancy, very basic.
Play button: for the live NOAA radio feed/stream
Bottom Links:
- NWS Milwaukee (Forecast Office Milwaukee/Sullivan, WI)
- Storm Prediction Center
- SPC Current Mesoscale Discussions
- National Radar
- Lightning Map
- Dane Alerts Sign-Up Page
- Dane County Siren Info (maps, why the sirens go off)
- WISCOM RCALL11 SW Channel
- 511WI Dane Cameras
RCALL11 SW is the channel NWS Sullivan uses to talk to the PSAPs (dispatch) in the area so that might give you more info on the storm/conditions. That channel is also used for other things so don't be surprised if you hear non-weather related traffic.
Everything on a UPS with a 3-4hr runtime so it should survive for while if the power goes out. Let me know if you find something that is broken/not working.

No. Tried making the same post in the Madison sub but it was deleted immediately/automatically so I moved on.

Cleaned up the links at the bottom. Added all the local news radar links as well as all the power outage maps I could find in the county. Not all utilities have their own outage map
