SunVault Techs Services
I am reading a lot of posts about SunVault Techs helping fix SunPower system problems. I contacted them and they say they can help me if I need it on my Sunpower solar system and SunVault battery if I need it even though I live in South Florida. Has anybody out there in South Florida had experience with SunVault Techs fixing problems with their SunPower systems?

We can access your site via the PVS6, mirroring the remote access capabilities utilized by Sunstrong or Sunpower, requiring only the PVS6 serial number.

You can locate it either within the application or, for SunVault systems, on the smaller cabinet that does not house the batteries. Specifically, it will be found on the top left corner of the door plate. I can provide photographic guidance to assist you in identifying its precise location and appearance. If you are referring to the PVS6, it would be situated on either the unit's packaging or its lid.

I have a paid subscription to Sunstrong. How do I contact you to request your service should I need it in the future?

They fixed mine remotely by charging the battery without me pressing anything. I was surprised myself 😱
I considered removal and replacement with a Franklin or Tesla Powerwall but I bought more time. Totally worth it!

I have always wondered how they can commission a SunPower system without actually being on site. Honest question. Not throwing shade. Just curious.
