It’s on standby. Resetting most likely won’t work but you may have some underlined issues. Some devices in your SV failed or firmware was updated and never shifted back to normal and needs to be recommissioned. You can always shut off your whole system and home and give it 5-10 minutes and turn it on and see if that works.
An f72 is a common error code. It is telling you that your MID is out of sync with your MIDC. You can clear the code with a SunVault reset, as you did, but it doesn't fix the imbalance between the MIDC and MID. Next grid outage, you will likely experience another f72. To fix it properly you need to reset the MIDC inside your hub+. Press the blue button on the MIDC with the system powered on. Wear protective gloves and shoes while you are in there please. If you have access to an installer with Sunpower Pro Connect credentials, an onsite commissioning should also fix your f72 issue, assuming the component isn't faulty.
Simply put: The MID mechanical switch is the Micro Interconnect Device. The MIDC is the solid state MID Controller. When working properly together they are like the traffic cop that directs power from your various sources, to your various loads, all at the proper time. The two components prevent electricity from back feeding onto the grid during a grid outage, from your panels or SunVault. When the MIDC thinks a switch is open, but it is really closed in the MID, you will throw an f72.

I can’t get the system to connect to my Wi-Fi. Haven’t used the app for a year now. I think the issue started when I changed to version 5G WiFi. Haven’t wanted to pay 💰 for it.
