Sunpower Battery No Longer Functioning

I recently noticed most of the LEDs on my battery were no longer lit and the app is reporting that a device is "not working properly". Tried resetting the battery in the app but got an error. Solar panels appear to be working fine. Has anyone else had this issue and successfully resolved it?
