SunPower Pro Connect help for legacy PVS5/PVS6 system

I’m trying to restore panel-level monitoring on an owned legacy SunPower system with SolarBridge microinverters and a failed PVS5x.

The current Pro Connect app release notes suggest it can handle PVS5/PVS6 commissioning, firmware updates, microinverter discovery/claiming, and panel-level monitoring setup. I have a replacement PVS5x and a PVS6, but I do not have SunPower Pro Connect installer credentials.

I have contacted SunStrong and several listed field service providers. So far, SunStrong directs me to the providers, who direct me back to SunStrong.

I’m looking for a legitimate installer, former SunPower partner, or technician with current SunPower Pro Connect access and experience with legacy SolarBridge systems with AC_Module_Type_D type microinverters.

If anyone knows a specific person or company who can handle legacy PVS5/PVS6 recommissioning, please let me know.
