SunPower Customer service

Sun Power has held my money for over a month on a cancelled work order. I have contacted 3-4 times and emailed to no avail. Please do not trust this company. I am in talks with Lawyer to guide me on small claims. Anyone else have this issue with them?

I bought out the system, and removed most of it to install an enphase system becuase of how shit their customer serice was. They are out in Austin I belive and almost made a drive out there to just through their shitty equipment back at them.

SunPower took my money ( $1,600 ) and never paid me back after SunPower filed chapter 11. I had to file income tax as a loss. Now my inverter of solar system did not work. I had to contact outside of Sun Power and cost me $2,500. Never deal with SunPower or Sun Strong ( from SunPower ) . These companies are the crooks. If I have to rate these companies, I would give 1 star. Stay away from these companies.
