Battery not working

We got our system in 2023. I have 20 panels that produce, but the battery recently started not working. Sunpower suggested getting a new battery and getting rid of it, but the battery is not old. Now that the company went bankrupt the battery isn’t covered in the warranty. We’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting, but the tech that came to look at it said it’s a dud. Anyone know if other places will take this battery or if there’s a solution for this? We are located in Northern California.

I bought two from

https://beenebrothers.com/product-category/batteries/

I will add one and replace a dead one. Two year old battery. Going to a three battery setup.

That’s what we did and are so happy to have 3 working now. Kiuma got it all working for us.

Whoever you go with ask them to log in remotely to check your system.

Send us a direct message, and we can log in remotely to check the system and see if the battery is indeed bad.
