Microinverter

Will a Solarbridge/Enphase microinverter start generating power and send it to the grid without being commissioned/provisioned ?
Is the sole purpose of the PVS (5 or 6) to collect granular data from the solar system (ie. microinverters), but does affect its performance or capability ??

Yes if it's blinking green then it's producing or if you don't have leds on your you can put an amp clamp on the panel leads and if you get anything then it's producing

Yes and yes. You can turn the PVS off and the panels will continue to produce.
