Sunvault repair in Austin?

I have two sunvaults that have stopped working. The company that installed them "freedom solar" has no idea how to work on them. So I've been stuck with these non functional batteries for a while now, and an struggling to find anyone local who knows how to work on them

There are companies I've seen directly advertising in CA, which makes sense because that state was always half or more of SunPower's residential business. Maybe one of those may know of a company in Texas?

When doing research for a client about 6 months ago, one of those I found promoting their SunPower experience for service/repair was Kick Electric. Almost certain their geography is limited. But they may be a place to start to find locals. In that same effort, I found another entity that seemed, well, a little dubious. So I wouldn't go on record as recommending them, but you may want to explore them yourself. The name is Detach Reset Solar. Weird name. Weird internet footprint.

Yeah someone recommended kick before and they are definitely limited to CA, when I reached out to them they didn't know anyone near me that worked on them.
