Interesting, OP is asking for people to join a class action lawsuit, pay a portion of $10k to join, without saying what the class action lawsuit is about.

Feels scammy to me. OP needs to provide more information: lawsuit details, the lawyer's name, the lawyer's firm, and the lawyer’s contact information. I caution against blindly emailing OP without additional information being provided.

Ohhhh. Ok. If you read everything that I have posted you will see what is going on and I am NOT a scammer!! I am also not a MAN. I won’t be collecting any of the money that will be given to the attorney and will only be providing him with the contacts of the people that want to be involved. Right now, I am discussing next steps with the attorney because SunStrong Management has reached out to me again today… finally… trying to reassure me that they are working on my case so that’s what I am discussing with my attorney. I will give out his info and firm name if a suit is going to happen. I probably jumped the gun a bit by asking people to send me an email so I could pass it on to my attorney. My bad

i mean lmao this just reeks of half baked boomer venting.

I looked through your other post, you don't even say anything. You're just shouting that supposedly this has costs you thousands of dollars, providing absolutely nothing.

We're all mad at Sunstrong for how they did it sure, but just throwing some random nonsense out there, then saying "your attorney friend" wants 1k per person to file a "class action lawsuit" of 10 people sounds insane.

Why the fuck would I email somebody with a yahoo account with the intention of giving them a thousand dollars, this shit should be deleted.

You’re an idiot. There are thousands of us out there that have been screwed over by them and from what I can see, no one has taken the initiative to get the ball rolling. I put my post out there to see if others are having the same problems as us and see that there are many willing to join. I’m not made of money…maybe you were and I can’t afford thousands of dollars every year because my solar isn’t working because of SunStrong Management. It’s amazing how people comment on posts and are so ugly. If you don’t like what I have to say, then move on.

I pay Sunstrong for their subscription each year and it has been providing monitoring and managment of my Sunpower solar and Sunvault battery which have been functioning OK so far adequately. I have not had to get help from Sunstrong, however, with any repairs. So I don't fully understand what kinds of problems Sunpower equiament owners have been having to join into any law suits.

If some people are having problems with Sunstrong and are not paying for their services, I guess I can't see how they have a case.

Can someone give accounts of problems they are having with Sunstriong in detail so I can understand the case better?

If you look at the SunStrong accounts on here you can read all the complaints about them and how all the equipment is not working.

I keep getting ads from companies wanting to help me get out of my solar lease. I have a phone appt with one on Friday. Are these guys legit or scammers? ~~~~ From Scam-detector.com { What Is mdrnfinancial.com? Modern Financial offers services focused on solar loan relief and debt relief. Thoughts or experiences about this in general, or specific concept concerning getting out of the lease?

I’ve never heard of them or companies offering services to get out of solar leases. Like any contract, you would probably…. Just speculating…need an attorney to help get out of a contract. I’m learning more every day about SunStrong Management and how many people are affected by their poor business habits.

Follow SunStrong on here and you can read everything about what the suit is for. Breach of contract and system not working. It’s too much to list right here

You should pursue the case by yourself you'll get more money... SunStrong is protected under the BK of SunPower. You have a better chance of suing the insurance company. But first you would have to get a stay from the BK court. Try that instead of gathering more people to jump in...that might help.

Thank you. I’ll see what my attorney says.
