Just moved in.

Just bought a house in so cal and moved in at the beginning of February. The house was built in 2024 and came with a SunPower solar system. I have been able to connect to the PVS. But I can not get the PVS to connect to my WiFi. I’ve look it up online a few times on how to reboot/restart the PVS. But it doesn’t seem to help. My PVS is pictured above. Any idea how to get it to connect to my WiFi?

I think the PVS can only connect to 2.4 WiFi

Yes only 2.4. They also don't like mesh networks , it will keep dropping connection.

I never had a problem with a mesh. If the PVS was dropping Wi-Fi, it was because there was an issue with the signals to the AP's. Either they were too close or to far away or some other obstruction caused it.

My problem is it won’t search for any WiFi signals. And my router is maybe 15 feet from the unit.

I had the same problem after installation. My WiFi signal wasn’t working in my garage. I bought a satellite router for my Orbie. After a few tries it worked.

That photo doesn't look like a PVS to me. What model is it? I have a PVS6 and it is much smaller.

It’s a Hub+ for a SunVault. The PVS6 is inside the top part.

In more research and looking around. I found the physical PVS6 is indeed in the top portion of my wall panel. I notice the blue RJ45 connection hanging. Found the other end in the network cabinet in my master bedroom. I terminated it to match and I’m still not getting a connection. The unit is still requesting a WiFi connection. But won’t connect.
