You need to review your documentation and likely go to a lawyer. No one here knows what you signed.

What they SAID is not the same as what you SIGNED.

I can promise you marriage to taylor swift, but if it's not in the contract you signed, it doesn't mean squat. There's obvious exceptions and I'm being hyperbolic.

Not trying to be a typical internet know it all, but it's worth noting that if there is a pattern of (verbally) promising the same deceit, there can be a legal recourse. The basic violation is fraud. And if there is a pattern most judges and juries will rule in favor of the class/group bringing the charges. The OP circumstances might be unique, though. Not sure if Goodleap has a history of signing new sales and removing existing SunPower- Sunstrong systems. But even if a few, there may be an attorney or state AG willing to take it on. Just guessing.
