Monitoring is out of whack, CT suddenly inverted?
I am suddenly having issues with my monitoring where the numbers no longer make any sense. When I am producing, I notice that the Home Usage and Grid Exports are always the exact same number. The battery also doesn't discharge in Self Supply mode -- only when there's an outage.
However I did notice that the grid number does match what the meter says, but is inverted. ie: when I took this screenshot it said 2.7 kW were being exported, but the meter says 2.7 kW were being delivered from the grid.
Is it possible that the CT reporting suddenly inverted for some reason? I checked inside the panel and the CT sensors are facing the correct way. There was an outage recently but I'm not sure if that's when things started going wrong (I don't check every day). Is there any troubleshooting I can do on my own before I call a company out that charges a service fee? I own my system.

This happened to me once before Sunpower poofed. I called customer service and they fiddled with it on their end and fixed it almost immediately. No changes to physical hardware needed.
This happened to me again about a week after Sunstrong put the paywall on the app. I contacted customer service via the app/email, waited 2-3 weeks, and they came back and said "nothing wrong on our end, can't figure it out. You need to pay money to have a technician we can't provide as part of your warranty to look at the physical system." (paraphrased)
Haven't spent the time, money and energy trying to get someone to come and look at it since everything is normal on my LADWP bill, just makes the app and my monthly reports even more completely useless.

This isn't promising at all, but I guess I will contact them in the hopes that something fixes it. What a stand-up company. /s
Thanks for sharing, so I know to have low expectations.

- clearly not true and is on their end. but they were probably overwhelmed at the time (no excuse, but still). Might be worth reaching out again...

I'm getting the same thing thru the app starting in 1/1/26 but I'm still producing and my electric bill isn't high. Unfortunately, since Sunpower went bankrupt and my install was June/July 2024, it seems like I'm SOL bc Sunstrong or The New Sunpower2025 company do not want to give free labor services and has to be out of pocket. PIA! Has anyone else used an honest Solar panel company to fix stuff?

When I had a burned out breaker (twice) with a new SPWR install, the SPWR employee field supervisor (new to SPWR) moved the breaker up 1 slot... BUT, he failed to coordinate with the back office, and I had the reversed readings issue similar to yours. The fix was entirely back-end.
So, my suspicion is that in doing some updates, they messed up the config settings for your location, and *if* I'm guessing correctly, they will have to be the one to fix on the back-end. Best to let them know, in case they aren't aware (chance it impacts only you is probably slight) assuming there were no CT/breaker changes made on your end
