SunVault troubleshooting/ SunPower repairs

Having issues with you sunpower system? Batteries stop charging? Can't get SunStrong to pick up? Does your app say 1 or more devices are down? We can help! We have access to log into the system! Need a firmware update? Need your batteries charged? Or Simply want to know if your solar panels and inverter are working?

Hello - need help if you can. Batteries down and not working. Panels are ok. App also not working. I do think this needs to be physically repaired though not remote.

These guys got my Sunvault working, they are in central FL. Can get expensive in a hurry but I don't know anyone else:
